The protagonist. A player nicknamed "The Phantom" because his presence is unnoticed most of the time. Although not being a regular, he was the sixth man in Teikou, playing along with "The Generation of Miracles". all his abilities (power, speed and flexibility) seem to be below average. Despite being apparently bad at dribbling and shooting, he's specialized in circulating passes without being seen thanks to his lack of presence. He decided to be a "supporting actor", a shadow, to make Kagami (the "light") the number one in Japan.
Relationships and PartnerEdit
Kuroko Tetsuya is in a secret relationship with Kise Ryouta of Kaijo, although their relationship is strictly prohibited, due to the fact that Kise is a model, and they weren't allowed to date. Thus, is why their relationship is kept a secret.
VS Kaijou tetsuya so awesome he killed them all with kamehameha!Edit
- Misdirection - Kuroko has the ability of misdirection, meaning that he can disguise his intentions whilst passing the ball. His unnoticable personality means that his presence is easily overlooked on the basketball court. Kuroko utilises this ability best by quick passes, ensuring that his time on the ball is minimal.
- Vanishing Drive - After being soundly defeated by Daiki Aomine, Kuroko trains himself to evolve his play style. Given the absolute presence and importance of the ball in play, it had been previously thought impossible for Kuroko to maintain his misdirection while in possession of the ball; as such the time he spends handling the ball on court is extremely minimal. He has overcome this previous limitation, and has developed the ability to imperceptibly move past players while dribbling the ball, creating his own 'invisible' drive. The ability is effective enough to pass through the defenses of even Shintaro Midorima, a member of the Generation of Miracles.
